   Company DriveNet s.r.o. undertakes not to provide, sell or rent personal data to a third party, with the exception of companies providing transportation of the order towards the customer. The transmitted data will be submitted exclusively for the purposes of communication with the customer, settlement of complaints or withdrawal from the contract and also for communication between the courier and the addressee, ie. informing about the movement of the consignment. It may be necessary to provide the data to a third party, but only in the case of a legal obligation or an enforceable request of the state authorities.

   Consent is granted in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, hereinafter "GDPR"), pursuant to Act No. 101/2000, on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "ZOOÚ") and pursuant to Act No. 480/2004, on certain information society services and on the amendment of certain acts.

   The administrator of personal data, which is the company DriveNet sro, with its registered office at Jeronýmova 62/24, 460 07, Liberec, Czech Republic, IČO: 037 10 726, hereby give my consent to process my personal data for the necessary period of time, in printed and/or electronic form.

   It may be necessary to provide the data to a third party, but only in the case of a legal obligation or an enforceable request of the state authorities.

    The personal data that will be processed on the basis of this consent include

• address
• billing address
• phone and e-mail contact

   I give my consent voluntarily in order to successfully process the created order.
